Dr. Harald Kraus founded the practice with the vision of combining experience, continuous education, and modern technology—creating a place of trust that meets the highest standards in dental care.

In 2025, I have the honor of continuing this path as the new head of the practice. My goal is to uphold these values and further develop them through new treatments and innovative techniques. At the heart of everything is the person—offering warm and respectful care so that everyone feels well looked after, supported, and in the best hands.

As a cooperating specialist dentist, Dr. Felipe Mercado enhances the Eichwiesen practice team with his extensive experience in oral surgery. This allows us to offer a wide range of surgical treatments directly in our clinic—without the need for referral to an external center.


Examples of treatments:

Removal of wisdom teeth – even in complex cases
Implantology using advanced techniques such as All-on-4® (“Fixed teeth in a day”)
Ceramic implants as an aesthetic and metal-free solution
Bone regeneration (augmentation, sinus lift, bone reconstruction using piezosurgical techniques)
Gum recession coverage and aesthetic soft tissue surgery in the anterior region
Immediate implantation using piezosurgical techniques – even in the upper posterior region with limited bone (“bone limited”) in a single session
Apicoectomies and surgical procedures for tooth preservation
Treatment of cysts, impacted teeth, and soft tissue corrections
